Well, so. It's officially summer. I've been doing a lot of nothing, combined with a bit of thank you note writing, that I need to do more of. But since I'm a slacker/procrastinator/whatever, I've been working on other stuff, such as relocating my website, and writing an essay about The Matrix: Reloaded. Yes, I know I have no life. So sue me. Anyway, I guess the essay wasn't too awful, it got published. You can read it here if you're so inclined. It's in the archives, byline has me as seklogw.

I went to the library to day, picked up some stuff, including a book on the Roman Caesars. I'll see if it's any good tomorrow. I expect it will be, but then again, ya' never know.

I just really don't care about the Dixie Chicks. I'd like for them to stop being in the news, now. Thanks. That's all.

Today, I found out I'm going to have a niece! Her name is going to be Maya Elizabeth. :D I'm going to be an Aunt!

Physics - 98%

Government - 92.4%

I pulled through. Huzzah! Graduation was eight days ago. I didn't graduate in the top ten percent, which was fine with me. I still got my diploma. Extended family has been sending me cards right and left- I'm rich. And I have many thank you notes to write.

Parental units got me a new computer for graduation. I was taken completely by surprise. I thought I was going to get a digital camera. Not complaining, though! It's sweet, has an AMD Athlon XP 2000+. I was going to put a 1700+ in my old machine, but I have a new one now. Oh yeah. Bought the digital camera w/ my graduation money. There will be photos of stuff in the future.
